NRL Grand Final Experience Terms & Conditions
Australian Masks Pty Ltd will be running a giveaway draw for the ultimate 2021 NRL Grand Final experience. Due to the current COVID 19 travel restrictions, there will be two separate giveaways. One for Queensland residents, and another for all other Australian state residents.
By Entering the "2021 NRL Grand Final Experience Giveaway" (The giveaway) you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Who Can Enter?
The 2021 NRL Grand Final Experience giveaway is eligible for anyone over the age of 18 years of age.
To win the Queensland based giveaway, the winner must reside in Queensland.
To win the Rest of Australia giveaway, the winner must reside in New South Wales, Victoria, Australian Capital Territory, Tasmania, South Australia, Western Australia or Northern Territory.
How can you enter?
To enter the 2021 NRL Grand Final Experience Giveaway, you must purchase at least One (1) Official NRL Supporter Face mask, Official NRL Retro Team Supporter Face Masks, or Official State of Origin Supporter team face masks from www.themasklife.com.au.
The Giveaway commences from 12:01am from the 25th September 2021, and concludes at 11:59am on the 1st October 2021.
Any NRL branded face masks not purchased directly from www.themasklife.com.au will not be eligible to enter.
How many entries can i get?
The purchase of each singular NRL branded face masks gives your one (1) entry. The amount of entries per person is unlimited.
What is the Prize?
For Queensland residing entrants, the prize is two (2) Diamond tickets (one winner) to the 2021 NRL Grand Final, held at Suncorp Stadium on the 3rd October 2021.
For New Souths Wales, Victoria, Australian Capital Territory, Tasmania, South Australia, Western Australia or Northern Territory entrants, the prize will be (two winners):
$200 Voucher to a food delivery service of your choice (this is due to many food delivery services being unavailable in certain areas.
and, $50 Kayo Sports Voucher.
and, $250 NRL Store Voucher.
How is the giveaway drawn?
Each entry will be placed into a box and drawn at random. The draw will be filmed and published on The Mask Life's official Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/Themasklifedotcomdotau
The draw will be held at 12:15pm on the 1st October 2021.
The QLD only and then the Rest of Australia giveaways will be drawn from separate boxes.
Privacy
Australian Masks Pty Ltd will adhere to our privacy policy, found here.
Notification.
The winner of both the QLD only and the Rest of Australia Giveaways will be notified by their registered mobile phone number and their registered email address. Should the winner of either prize not claim by 11:59am on the 1st October, the giveaway will be re drawn.
All vouchers and tickets will be emailed electronically to the winners. It is the winners responsibility to redeem all vouchers and or tickets.
Additional Information.
Australian Masks Pty Ltd will provide no further costs associated with the prizes apart from those listed.
In accepting the prize, the winner agrees to participate in and co-operate with all reasonable media editorial requests, including but not limited to, being interviewed and photographed, and the winner grants the Promoter a perpetual and non-exclusive licence to use such footage and photographs in all media worldwide and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.
The winner agrees they will not sell or otherwise provide their story and/or photographs to any media or other organisation.
It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner must comply with all the conditions of use of the prize and the Promoter’s requirements.
In the event that an element of the prize outlined in the above is not available for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute with a similar product of equal or greater value, subject to state regulations.
The promoter may vary these terms and conditions at its discretion, subject to state government legislation.
The prize is not exchangeable.
The Promoter’s decision is final and the Promoter will not enter into correspondence regarding the result.
The Promoter may in its absolute discretion deem entries invalid subsequently to a winner being notified or a winner’s name being announced if it is discovered that the winner did not enter the Competition in accordance with these terms and conditions. In these circumstances, an additional draw will be conducted.
No Liability
In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter’s ability to proceed with the Competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, COVID 19, pandemic, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the Competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to state government legislation.
Australian Masks Pty Ltd will take no responsibility for prizes damaged or lost in transit, or late, lost or misdirected mail.
Australian Masks Pty Ltd will not be liable for any misadventure, accident, injury, loss (including but not limited to consequential loss) or claim that may occur:
a) during the draw;
b) in the acceptance, participation or use of any element(s) of the prize;
c) as a consequence of late, lost or misdirected mail; d) due to the broadcast of any program relating to the Competition or the publication of any material, including any statements made by any compere, staff member, journalist, other entrants or any other person; or
e) arising from or related to any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines or mobile communications network related to or resulting from participation in this promotion.
If for any reason the Competition is not capable of running as planned, due to causes including but not limited to tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, take any action that may be available, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition, subject to state government legislation.
